Springy Layout...Mojo Monday #390

Hello!  Happy Monday and Happy Spring!  I hope it is more Spring like in your neck of the woods than mine.  We still have about 2' of snow on the ground and it is COLD :(  I'm optimistic some melting will happen soon though!  For this week's Mojo Monday sketch I pulled out a Spring like portrait of my daughter from two years ago to scrapbook.

{I'm not sure what is happening on blogger, but these photos look bright and happy on my computer and when they are in blogger, not so much :(  Weird.  The paper is actually bright blues and purples.}

I used the Confetti Wishes paper packet from Close To My Heart.  The flowers were cut using the Plentiful Petals and Flower Medley Die-namics from MFT.  The little stitched circle was also cut using a Die-namics.  It is tough to tell but the "Four years old" is written on a file tab die cut.

This picture of my daughter was taken by the fabulous Tracey Mason Photography.  This was done right before her 4th birthday during her first year of pre-school.  Coincidentally that was the year she missed having a school picture taken because she was sick.  So, I'm putting this layout in the School Scrapbook I have for my kids with all their school portrait layouts.

Here is this week's fabulous Mojo Monday sketch.  I modified it a bit to accommodate a large photo :)

I hope you find some time to play along with this sketch!  It is going to be a busy week in my house - two birthdays to celebrate :)  Don't forget to check out what the other ladies created using this sketch.

Such a cute photo :) Hard to believe you have so much snow still. We are enjoying spring out here and the cherry trees are on the down side of blooming already! Here's hoping the snow melts soon!
