Watt's Up? - MFT Countdown

Hello!!!  Just a couple more days until all new stamps and Die-namics will be available from My Favorite Things!!!  We still have some more products to reveal before then so be sure to visit the MFT Blog for today's reveals :)  I have two cards to share using a super fun new set from Laina Lamb Design - Watt's up?.  Here is my first card.

I used the Sun Ray stencil and Lemon Drop ink to create the back drop on Smooth White card stock.  The Lightbulb was cut from Smooth White card stock using the Lightbulb Die-namics and sponged the edges with Sno Cone dye ink.  I love all the little detail pieces included with the Lightbulb Die-namics - great to mix & match.  The sentiment from Watt's Up was stamped in Black Licorice hybrid ink.

Here are links to all the MFT products I used (other supplies are listed at the end of this post). Links for new products will be active on Tuesday at 10 pm EST.

For my second card, I went a bit wild using the inlaid die cutting technique :)

I love how you can keep the card flat but add so much visual interest with this technique.  Here's a look from the top.  The sentiment was stamped in Steel Grey ink once the entire panel was assembled.

Both cards are done stupendously and are quite inspirational to me. I like how you sponged a bit of blue around the lightbulb.
