Wildflowers Centerpieces...MFT New Product Launch

Hello!!! Welcome to the March New Product Launch for My Favorite Things. All the new products are available right now, right HERE. Be sure to check the MFT blog after visiting with me for links to all the designers posting tonight. And there are prizes available!

Visit each of the MFT Designers' February New Product Launch posts linked on the MFT Blog and leave a comment by the end of the day on Thursday, February 13 for your chance to WIN one of two, $100 Gift Vouchers. The winners will be chosen at random and the prizes will be sent out on February 14. Ready? Set. Comment!

I have three cards to share using the new Wildflowers Centerpieces Die-namics.  I will start with the simplest card I made.

I used gelatos for the background, coloring with a red and yellow on Smooth White card stock and blending with a water brush.  I cut the Steel Grey card base using the Wildflowers Centerpieces Die-namics.  The sentiment is from Lisa Johnson Designs - Words of Inspiration stamped in Steel Grey ink.

Here are links to all the MFT products I used for this card.

My next card is a little bit more detailed with some colorful flowers and a Sun Ray stencil embossed background.

I cut the Wildflowers Centerpieces from white card stock and then used the stitched mat from Blueprints 13 Die-namics to cut it out.  At first glance, you may think it will be difficult to match up which flower goes where BUT the Die-namics that cuts the flowers has them in order from left to right to make for easy placement :)  I put a small dab of liquid glass on the flowers and used my QuickStik to pick up the flowers from my cutting plate and transfer them to the die cut.  For this card, I colored the stems with a green Copic marker before gluing the flowers in place.  Here is a closer look.

The sentiment from Birdie Brown Designs - Sunflower Sweetheart was stamped in Black Licorice ink before I embossed the yellow card stock.  And another look at the dimension I added behind the flowers and under the entire frame using foam boosters.

Here are links to all the MFT products I used for this card.

My last card is the most detailed of the three, and I think it shows how you can really use this great Wildflowers Centerpieces Die-namics for so many styles of cards!

For this card I stamped the Wood Plank Background in Kraft ink and Lemon Drop ink on Smooth White card stock.  I cut the Wildflowers Centerpieces from Gumdrop Green card stock and used the Rectangles STAX Die-namics to create a frame.  The sentiment and bird image are from Sunny Day Doodles - Spring Has Sprung.

Here are links to all the MFT products I used for this card.

Thank you so much for stopping by and sticking with me! Now be sure to visit the MFT Blog to get linked up with all the fabulous MFT designers and get those comments in for your chance to win! And... Happy Shopping!! Have a great night!
