Feeling Lucky...MFTWSC130

Hello!!  I have a card for today's My Favorite Things' Wednesday Stamp Club sketch.  This week is sketch #130 and here are the details:

Every Wednesday there is a new sketch for you to play along with. You can check Kim's blog for a full list of the MFT Designers providing the inspiration. All the details can be found in the MFT forum on SCS - just look for the most recent WSC thread. Upload your card to the SCS gallery using the keyword MFTWSC130. One random winner each week will receive  a $15 gift voucher to the MFT store, and if you used MFT stamps you get a $5 bonus for a total of $20!!!

Here is my card using Inspired by the Wild Wild West.

ETA:  A kind soul let me know that my horseshoe was upside down and word has it all it's luck will fall out!!  EEk!  I am working on fixing it - until then bear with me as the closest I have come to a horse shoe is a backyard game ;)

I stamped the horseshoe in Steel Blue ink on a Kraft Heirloom Label.  The sentiment was curved on an acrylic block and stamped in Black Licorice ink.  For the base I used Primitive White card stock and Steel Blue card stock cut using the Chicken Wire Die-namics.  For the Barbed Wire Fence I used Hot Fudge and Black Licorice card stock.  I tied some Hemp cord around the card front to attach a cowboy hat cut using the Country Charms Die-namics. Here is a close-up of the embossed detail on the hat and you can also see the great wood grain on the fence posts.

Here is this week's sketch.

Here are links to the MFT products I used on my card.

Thanks for stopping by!! Be sure to check Kim's blog for lots more inspiration today. I hope you find time to play along with this week's sketch. Remember to upload your creation to Splitcoaststampers. Have a great day!!
