MFT Teasers Day 1

Hello!!!  Welcome to the first day of Teasers for the September release for My Favorite Things :)  We have lots to share over the next week, with something for everyone!!!  Today the Design Team is featuring Who's that Girl - Fairy Dust, Primitive Pumpkins, & Distressed Diamonds.  The latter two sets are from Lisa Johnson Designs.  I have two projects to share incorporating all three of these great new stamp sets.  Here is my first card using Who's that Girl - Fairy Dust.

The flower is one of the flowers and centers from the new Flower Medley Die-namics topped with a Sweet Tooth button.    The sentiment was stamped on the mini oval tab cut using the Mini Tabs Foursome Die-namics.  The border is the smallest Triple Scallop Border in Hot Fudge.  The image was colored with Copic markers and her dress was paper pieced.  I added some Stickles to her wand and her wings.  Here is a better look at the sparkle.

My second card for today uses the newest stamp sets from Lisa Johnson Designs - Distressed Diamonds and Primitive Pumpkins Die-namics & Stamp Set.  Here it is.

Love these pumpkins and with matching Die-namics, too!!  I stamped the background in Slate ink (Amuse) using the Distressed Diamonds stamp set.  I used a new color of cardstock available at MFT on this card, too.  The grey circle (Circle STAX Die-namics) is the new Steel Grey cardstock - available in coordinating ribbon, felt, & buttons (I have used one on this card, too)!!!  Here is a close-up of the little tag, made with the Rounded Banner STAX Die-namics and images from Primitive Pumpkins.  You also get a peek at the new Steel Grey button in action at the center of a Sweet Tooth bow :)
