Inspired by... MFT Teasers Day 2

Hello!!! Welcome to Day 2 of Teasers for the My Favorite Things August Release!!  Today the Design Team is showcasing two sets - Inspired by the Front Porch - Fall and Mouse in the House - It's Your Birthday.  I chose to work with the Inspired by the Front Porch set.  I LOVE this set -the images and sentiments are sooo wonderful!  I have two cards to share :)

Isn't that pot of mums just beautiful?  I colored with Copic markers and cut out the image and a Hot Fudge mat with the Circle STAX Die-namics.  I stamped the sentiment on a Fishtail Flag cut using the STAX Die-namics of the same name.  The border you see here is one of the new Triple Scallop Borders Die-namics (the smallest size).  Here is a look at the inside of the card.

I kept it very simple with a repeat of the same image and the word "Fall" from the same stamp set.  This way, I can pretty much use this card for any purpose :)  Here is my second card.

This card is a bit fussier :)  I stamped and colored the rocking chair image.  The image and a Hot Fudge mat were cut using the Rectangle STAX Die-namics.  That lovely flower was created using the new Layered Rose Die-namics.  This Die-namics features five flowers in graduating sizes.  I used cardstock for this flower and added a couple felt Royal Leaves.  A sentiment from this stamp set was stamped on a small file tab cut with the Mini Tabs Foursome Die-namics.  This set includes sentiments in two different fonts, which I love - adds to the versatility!  This card qualifies for one of the Dare to Get Dirty challenges - DTGD12Texasgrammy.  Here is the inside of this card.

I stamped the mum image twice in a pale yellow and then stamped the sentiment in brown.  The label here is the Designer Labels 2.  There is also a new Designer Labels STAX being released in August - the fourth in the series.  Here are all the Die-namics I used today.
