Godspeed - MFT Teasers Day 1

Hello!!   June is nearly upon us - can you believe it?  We have a fantastic release planned for next week :)  Welcome to Day 1 of Teasers for the My Favorite Things June Release!!!  Today the Design Team is featuring the latest addition to the Who's that Girl/Guy? line of stamps - Godspeed.  This is a fantastic set with both a Guy and a Girl image!!!  I chose to work with the Girl because I was looking forward to paper piecing her fun dress!

I colored her, paper pieced her dress, and pieced the image on top of a second image stamped on patterned paper for a fun wall paper:)  I mounted the image panel on a tag cut with the new Traditional Tags STAX Die-namics!!!   Love it!  To create the mat, I cut the next size up tag from navy cardstock and trimmed it down a bit.  I accented the tag with a bit of the Notched Tag Border, a new Die-namics that you saw in the VIP kit from this month.  There is also a peek at another new Die-namics on here - Star STAX Die-namics.  The layout for this card is Retro Sketches #13.

I created a fun little tag to embellish the larger tag using the Dog Tag Die-namics, the postage stamp from First Class Friend Die-namics, the heart from Notched Tag Die-namics, and the smallest star from the Star STAX Die-namics.  Here is a detail shot of the little tag and image.

Here is a peek at the inside decorated with another Traditional Tag, Star STAX, and the Notched Border.  I stamped two sentiments from the WTG Godspeed on the tag.
