Teacher Appreciation - MFT Creative Challenge

MFT is working harder than ever to inspire you, and we have come up with something we think you'll really enjoy. Our Design Team Creative Challenge is a monthly feature, where the design team is challenged to explore our creative side using a specific theme, product or technique. Here is the card using Who's that Girl - Teacher's Pet.

I stamped the image on Light Kraft cardstock and added some color with Copic markers.  Isn't that alphabet ribbon (The Ribbon Carousel) and vintage dictionary page (The Kraft Outlet) perfect for this?  The sentiment is stamped on a tab cut with the Oval Tab Die-namics and the doilies are the larger of the Open Scallop Doily Duo Die-namics.  The layout is Card Patterns sketch #156.  Here is the inside.

Here is the card box with a belly band decorated with patterned paper and the Layered Labels Die.  The sentiment is from Who's that Girl - Teacher's Pet.  The box is from ClearBags.

I created four CAS cards with coordinating envelopes to tuck inside the box.  Hold onto your ink pads - not only are these CAS but one layer, as well!!  It has been a while since I have ventured into this arena :)  These cards fit perfectly with the Sentimental Reasons challenge over at CAS-ual Fridays, CFC43.  The cardstock is Buff Ivory (The Kraft Outlet).  I stamped the ruled line in Crystal Blue ink, stamped the sentiment and apple in Tuxedo Black, then colored the apple with Copics.  Very CAS :)  I stamped the open book image in the bottom corner of the envelopes.  I think any teacher would love to have a set of these on hand.
