Thank you!!

Hello!   Hope you had a fantastic weekend.  It is time for another great challenge at The Kraft Journal!  This week's challenge is "Fun Shapes" - can't wait to see how you all interpret it!  My interpretation is a fun little shaped card.

I used my February Key Ingredients kit from Taylored Expressions for this card along with some fabulous Kraft Outlet products.  To create the card base, I die cut a frame shape from Bazzill cardstock using the Frame It Up 2 Die from Taylored Expressions.  I adhered that to a card base of Brown Kraft Cover Weight cardstock cut slightly smaller than the frame dimensions of 4" x 2-7/8".  I stitched a piece of patterned paper from the Lost & Found Two - Rosy paper from the KI kit and a piece of Vintage Dictionary page to a Brown Kraft panel.  I stamped the typewriter image from Vintage Dreamer on Light Kraft Cover Weight cardstock, cut out, and adhered to the panel using Jody boosters.  The Vintage Dreamer stamp set is available until March 10th at 50% off to Key Ingredients subscribers (if you subscribe now, you will receive March's kit, not the kit I have used here :)).

For my bow treatment, I used some seam binding from the kit to tie a bow.  I trimmed the smallest tag from the Designers Special Prim Tag Assortment to fit the sentiment and tied it to the bow. I added a Brown Kraft Baker's Twine bow, Pewter stick pin, and a Prima rose from the kit.

I hope you will find some time to get Kraft-y with our Fun Shapes challenge this week.  Remember to use kraft paper or a product from The Kraft Outlet.  You have until Sunday at 6pm EST to link up your creation here for a chance to win.  If you like to work ahead you can get a peek at upcoming challenges here.  Hope to see you at The Kraft Journal!  Have a wonderful day!

VERY cute, Debbie! I just love that old-fashioned typewriter. My mom used to teach "secretarial skills" (back in the 60s, 70s, and 80s), and typing was one of her big subjects. She would love a card like this!
