MFTWSC50 - By the Numbers Birthday
Hello!!! It is Wednesday and time for another fabulous Wednesday Stamp Club sketch from My Favorite Things. This week is sketch #50!!! I have a birthday card to share with you that I made for my niece, who turns 11 on Christmas Day.
Well Worn Greetings die-namics. The larger label (as well as the By the Numbers) was cut from a cardboard coffee sleeve. The oval label was cut from black cardstock which had been adhered to a sheet of terrifically tacky tape. After cutting the oval, I removed the liner and poured some fine black glitter on, rubbing with my fingers to be sure it was nice and stuck! It is so sparkly in real life - I bet my niece will love it :) The scalloped borders are the Small Scallop Border die-namics. I also have the smaller Peace Sign die-namics layered over a shimmer brad from CTMH. A rhinestone brad and bow finish off the front.
Here is a peek at the inside. I used By the Letters die-namics to spell out my niece's name, Ashley. I stamped the letters with a pattern from the By the Numbers stamp set, and the sentiment is from the same set.
Here is the sketch and die-namics I used for this card.
