Isn't she so sweet? I couldn't resist giving her a sparkly outfit with some foil paper! The little felt accent on the center of the bow is a die from the new Fringed Perennial die-namics. Here is the inside where you can really see the shimmer of that paper :)
The next card uses Pure Innocence - Cause for Celebration. I think this image is so adorable and could be used for any number of occassions, but does include a couple sentiments appropriate for New Years.
Her dress is paper pieced. The layered flower was made using the new Fringed Perennial die-namics!! I cut one of the sentiments up and stamped two words onto the little flags from the Mini Pennant die-namics. Here is the inside using the same image, another sentiment from the set, and the negative of the crown border from the front.
